Jason Brouse – President & CEO
With over 20 years of manufacturing experience, Jason leads Inclusive Modular Concepts with deep industry expertise and a heartfelt commitment to quality. As a founder, he’s driven by a desire to support others and give back to the community. When he’s not leading the team, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and three dogs, watching sports, and being outdoors.
Kristi Brouse – Vice President & Creative Director
Kristi brings a passion for design and a keen eye for detail to every project. As an interior decorator and the creative mind behind many of our concepts, she helps turn functional structures into beautifully personalized spaces. A seasoned photographer with 17 years of experience and a devoted mother, Kristi balances creativity and care in everything she does.

Paul brings extensive experience in business management, logistics, and sales. An MBA graduate from William & Mary, he specializes in building strong relationships and leading teams to success.
Mike – Southeast Regional Sales Manager
A distinguished Air Force veteran, renowned for his expertise in customer service and sales leadership. As a committed husband and father, he upholds a standard of excellence in all facets of his professional and personal endeavors.
